Hi! I’m Heather Starks. I am a lifelong Bloomington resident, a graduate of Kennedy High School, the mother of three children (two Kennedy graduates and an incoming freshman), and the proud chair of the Bloomington School Board.
First elected in 2019, I took office a mere 10 weeks before the pandemic hit Minnesota. While it has been a challenging four years, it has been an absolute privilege serving the Bloomington community and I would be honored to serve another term.
